The Sic (L.529) occurrence is located near the southern shore of Easy Inlet, northeast of Jansen Lake.

The region is underlain by volcanic rocks and minor related sediments of the Lower Jurassic Bonanza Group and Upper Triassic Vancouver Group, Karmutsen Formation.

Andesite dikes cut Karmutsen Formation basalts and overlying limestone. Quartz-sericite, quartz-pyrophyllite and quartz-alunite alteration have occurred.

The occurrence is on the same claim group as SOC (MINFILE 092L 246) occurrence and has been explored in conjunction with the Monteith Bay (MINFILE 092L 343) geyserite deposit.
